We were successful in our bid to transform the Peoples Ford showroom, offices and workshop, with the business remaining open throughout.

Peoples Ford
Clovemead had been successful in their bid to undertake this Ford project which was won in a very tight tendering process and tender interview.
This project had many challenges in transforming an existing showroom, offices and workshop, the functioning of which were to remain operational throughout. The initial works was to get the workshop up and running before any other works could commence. Once this had been carried out the rest of the site was redeveloped with major demolition works whilst the business remained open throughout. Health & safety was kept to our usual high standard and all demolition was carried out without incident.
The project was completed to a very high standard on time and within the clients budget.
Our work included:
- Demolition
- Asbestos removal
- Roofing
- Steel erection
- Cladding
- Curtain walling
- Mezzanine floors
- Concreting
- Dot and plaster boarding
- Gyproc dry lining system
- Plastering
- Electrical works
- Mechanical works
- Floor finishes
- Suspended ceilings
- Painting and decorating
