The Child Care Bungalow contract was won through the normal tendering process from Warrington Borough Council; their tendering process is that you have to be a member of Construction Line before being considered.
The construction site was very tight in between existing buildings which made building the centre very difficult.
The completed project was handed over on time and within budget.
