We refurbished and extended Lymm Library, matching the new build to the local environment.
The Lymm Library project was won in a competitive tender for Warrington Borough Council.
The project was to extend the library to make it a much larger centre. The new building had to match the existing building in a sensitive village environment. Part of our works was to also completely refurbish the existing library building that was in urgent need of repair.
The site was very tight for construction space and deliveries. All was overcome without a single complaint from the general public.
Our work included:
- Piling
