All of our materials are sourced from reputable and approved suppliers containing all relevant certifications…
- all timber is FSC and PEFC certified,
- all steel, concrete and aggregate suppliers are BES 6001 certified.
The storage and management of materials prior to installation is closely controlled to protect against deterioration and all of our operatives are fully trained, competent and supervised to ensure that installations are carried out correctly.
We have a documented and prescribed inspection and testing regime to ensure that our systems are audited and fully compliant to standards and specifications. Systems are in place to monitor works as they progress on site as well as auditing our internal systems regularly. Detailed records are collated as each project progresses, these are maintained in both digital and hard copy files and are prepared for our clients.
We have a dedicated aftercare manager to liaise with our clients post completion to ensure full and continued satisfaction. We recognise the importance of innovation, constantly striving to develop new technology to improve quality for our clients.
