The Crown Office project called for the refurbishment of an existing shop within an existing shopping centre with a very tight timescale. This was brought about by the re-development of the shopping centre and the old Post Office being demolished.
The Health & Safety of the general public was a particular consideration due to the very close proximity along with noise and nuisance levels inevitable with the refurbishment works.
The project was completed on time and within budget. This was the first of its kind to be completed in a then record seven week period.
